This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Crypto Melodies LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Profit Syndicate platform, website, and related services (the "Service").

This Policy applies to all users of the Service, including Customers (strategy providers) and Subscribers (signal recipients). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy and consent to the practices described. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as described in this Section.

We share information with third parties that help us operate the Service. These providers are bound by contract to use the information only for the services they provide to us:

4.2 Customer-Subscriber Relationship

When you sign up as a Subscriber, the Customer to whom you subscribe receives certain information about you so they can manage their strategy and subscriber base, including: your name, the size of your Brokerage Account, your subscription status, and aggregated trading performance derived from signals they originate. The Customer does not receive your password, your brokerage password, or your full payment card details.

Customers are independently obligated under our Terms of Service to handle Subscriber data they receive in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

4.3 Recommended Brokerage

We recommend Genesis FX as a brokerage for new Subscribers and may receive referral compensation if you open an account through our referral link. We do not share your personal information with Genesis FX or any recommended brokerage. The information they collect is governed by their own privacy policy and terms.

4.4 Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose your information if we reasonably believe that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; necessary to enforce our Terms of Service; or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Crypto Melodies LLC, our users, or others.

4.5 Business Transfers

If Crypto Melodies LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify you of any such transfer and any material change to this Policy.

4.6 With Your Direction

We may share your information with other parties at your direction, such as when you authorize a third-party integration.

4.7 Aggregate / De-Identified Information

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for any purpose, including industry analysis, marketing, research, and platform improvement.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your Account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain our business records.

You are responsible for keeping your Account password and your brokerage password confidential. Notify us immediately at support@pscypher.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

8. International Users and Transfers

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

The data-protection laws of the United States may differ from, and may be less protective than, the laws of your country. We do not currently target the Service to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with comprehensive data-protection regimes such as GDPR. If you are located in such a jurisdiction and choose to use the Service, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

9. California Residents — Your Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"):

You may request that we disclose: (a) the categories of personal information we have collected about you in the past twelve (12) months; (b) the categories of sources from which we collected it; (c) the business or commercial purpose for collecting it; (d) the categories of third parties with whom we shared it; and (e) the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

9.2 Right to Delete

You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions that allow us to retain information needed to complete the transaction for which the information was collected, provide goods or services you have requested, detect security incidents, comply with legal obligations, and other lawful purposes.

9.3 Right to Correct

You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

9.4 Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

Although we do not collect Sensitive Personal Information for purposes that would trigger this right, you may at any time request that we restrict our use of any Sensitive Personal Information we hold to those uses permitted under the CPRA.

9.5 Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

9.6 Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights — for example, by denying you service, charging different prices, or providing a lower quality of service.

9.7 How to Exercise These Rights

To exercise any of the rights described above, email us at support@pscypher.com from the email address associated with your Account, or write to us at the address in Section 14. We will verify your request by confirming your control of the Account email address. We will respond within forty-five (45) days.

9.8 Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of the agent's authorization and may also require you to verify your identity directly.

9.9 Categories Disclosure

In the past twelve (12) months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2 of this Policy. We have disclosed those categories only as described in Section 4. We have not sold or shared any personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10. Other US State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain other US states — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, and others as state privacy laws come into effect — have rights similar to those described in Section 9, including the right to access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing of their personal information.

To exercise these rights, follow the same procedures described in Section 9.7. We will honor verified requests within the timeframes required by your state's law (typically forty-five (45) days, with a possible forty-five (45)-day extension when reasonably necessary).

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under eighteen, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a person under eighteen has provided us personal information, contact us at support@pscypher.com.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by email and/or by posting the updated Policy on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes take effect thirty (30) days after notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

If you do not agree to a change, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service and request deletion of your Account.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services, including our recommended brokerage, Stripe checkout pages, and TradeLocker. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. You should review the privacy policies of any third parties before providing them with information.
